Neighborhood Watch Programs are active in your area. If you are a seasonal visitor, 2nd homeowner, or just want to be involved this is a great way to meet the locals and get to know your neighborhood

We recommend suspending your subscriptions, and obviously having someone check in on your place while you are away.
Did you know: In the State of Arizona that your property taxes are due on October 1 and March 1? You can pay the total amount in October or pay half in October and the other half in March. Well the weather has finally cooled off. For those of you that have not yet changed your watering system, you should do so now. We would recommend turning the water down to maybe 4 times a week. Remember that the city of Goodyear measures your sewer usage (water down the drains) during the months of January, February and March, then calculates your base rates on that usage.
Tip: Save water save money! If you happen to be putting in a pool during that time you can appeal to the City of Goodyear for lower rates if it is not your average usage.
