Even though it is nice to know what is going on in the community, keep in mind that the local newspaper delivers the news twice a week in our area. If you are not around, your home begins to accumulate newspapers, door-hangers, and fliers in piles around your door.
Neighborhood Watch Programs are active in your area. If you are a seasonal visitor, 2nd homeowner, or just want to be involved this is a great way to meet the locals and get to know your neighborhood
Did you know: In the State of Arizona that your property taxes are due on October 1 and March 1? You can pay the total amount in October or pay half in October and the other half in March.
