Estrella Pool Service Special
Now just $85.00 / month for all Goodyear Homewatch customers. Service includes weekly visits for cleaning, brushing, chemicals, emptying of filter baskets and checking all equipment.

Standard Watch
All services are customizable to fit your needs. Goodyear Homewatch will conduct regular walk throughs and security checks to ensure security of all windows and doors, and survey for any observable maintenance issues and we’ll oversee the repairs.

Basic Cleaning
Cleaning services are also available before and after. Basic cleaning is a “refresher” for your home to prepare it for your arrival. It includes light dusting, air out the home, vacuuming and mopping.

General Cleaning
Before & after services starting at just $85 for a 3/4 bedroom, two bathroom home. Includes; dusting, vacuuming, thorough cleaning of all bathrooms, and kitchen. Empty all trash, clean sliding glass doors, remove all cob webs, clean ceiling fans, baseboards, fill and empty dishwasher, washing of linens, and changing the sheets.

Grocery Stock
Goodyear Homewatch will make sure your fridge is stocked before you arrive, so you can feel right at home, right away. We will pick up groceries (per your list) for your arrival. Service for a flat rate, does not include cost of items purchased.

Airport Pickup & Drop Off
Goodyear Homewatch is happy to offer pickup and delivery services to and from the airport. Appointments must be made 3 weeks in advance, and some restrictions may apply. We service local airports only, additional charges may apply.

Maintenance & Deliveries
A flat rate applies per meeting, an hourly rate applies there after. Includes meeting and monitoring of deliveries, contractors, handymen, gardeners, pool maintenance, etc. Send email confirmation (with photos upon request).
