Well the weather has finally cooled off. For those of you that have not yet changed your watering system, you should do so now. We would recommend turning the water down to maybe 4 times a week. Remember that the city of Goodyear measures your sewer  usage (water down the drains) during the months of January, February and March, then calculates your base  rates on that usage.

Tip: Save water save money! If you happen to be putting in a pool during that time you can appeal to the City of Goodyear for lower rates if it is not your average usage.
