Yes, we email you pictures of anything needing attention and a monthly report.

Do you provide lawn care, cleaning or pest control service for my home?
We can let you know if your home appears to need one of these services. For example, in some cases light weeding may be necessary to keep your home out of violation of your homeowner’s association. If such a case occurs, we would recommend one of our partners for your approval, or we can over see the work from a contractor that you currently have an established relationship with.

We just bought a foreclosed home in need of attention. Can you help us?
Yes, we can help address your immediate concerns like landscaping maintenance, irrigation system repair, etc. We have an extensive list of trusted partners we work with to take care of all your improvement needs.

Are you insured?
Yes, with State Farm and licensed with Goodyear, Arizona.

I found a cheaper service, why should I go with your company?
As you will discover, we are the communities most trusted homewatch service, and we offer a menu of services to keep your home managed, safe and secure while you are away.

Are we locked a contract?
No, and if you have an extended stay in your home, the monthly service charge is prorated.

What forms of payment do you except & how can I pay?
We accept personal checks, cash and online payments via PayPal with your Visa, Mastercard, Discvoer, American Express, eCheck, or a bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards by phone or email at this, we can only accept credit card payments on our website.
